BBR is thrilled to unveil the worldwide preview of Ferrari F80 car model. The sample is a 1/18 scale model. In close partnership with the Centro Stile Ferrari, BBR designed and developed the model in record time, entirely at its Italian headquarters.
With F80, October the 17th 2024, Ferrari made a revolution for the sports car thanks to the first electric engine entirely designed, tested and produced in Maranello. The MGU-K electric engine derives directly from Ferrari's experience in the world of racing. Various components derive from the powertrain of the 499P, winner of the 2023 and 2024 editions of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The exterior design of the F80 has a very strong futuristic impact and a clear reference to the aerospace industry.
The generous S-Duct that characterizes the central part of the F80's bonnet hides a triple-element wing (triplane) that directs the front air flow towards the rear wing to generate maximum aerodynamic load.
The cockpit is inspired by a Formula 1 single-seater in an unprecedented solution that has made the driver the absolute protagonist, transforming the F80 into a ‘1+’.
This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. BBR models are
known for their accuracy of scale, shape and detail throughout the industry. Each model is created using
a variety of production processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite
material referred to in the industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and
waterslide decals are often used for the most authentic replication.
BBR models are usually produced in very small production quantities that often sell out at "pre-order"
