This is the Ferrari 375 MM Spider #546 1954 Mille Miglia Piero Scotti Red/ Black interior/ Brown seats R + L Windscreen in 1:18 scale by CMC.

At the 1954 Mille Miglia, the Ferrari 375 MM Spider #546 was driven by Italian privateer Piero Scotti, tackling one of the most legendary and demanding open-road endurance races in motorsport history. Scotti, a seasoned Italian sports car competitor, piloted the powerful V12-powered Ferrari over roughly 1,000 miles of public roads from Brescia through the Italian countryside and back, navigating narrow villages, twisty mountain passes, and high-speed straights against a field of factory and privateer rivals. What made the Mille Miglia uniquely challenging — and unlike typical closed-circuit races — was its point-to-point format on real roads, where drivers faced changing surfaces, unpredictable traffic conditions (often before the event was fully closed), and the relentless mental and mechanical strain of a marathon that rewarded bravery, precision, and endurance in equal measure.
