This is the 1966 Ford GT40 MKIII Blue in 1:18 scale by Cult.

The 1966 Ford GT40 MKIII, particularly in its elegant blue color, was a distinct evolution of the legendary GT40 lineage, tailored for road use rather than racing. Unlike its racing predecessors, the MKIII featured a more refined interior, with added comforts such as adjustable seats, a quieter exhaust system, and a more spacious cabin. It retained the powerful mid-mounted V8 engine but was detuned for better drivability on public roads. What set the GT40 MKIII apart from its competition was its combination of race-bred engineering and luxury, offering a unique blend of high performance and everyday usability. This made it a rare and coveted model, bridging the gap between the raw racing prowess of the GT40 and the practicality of a high-performance road car.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are
exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
