This is the 1963 Mercedes-Benz 230 SL Horizon Blue in 1:18 scale by Norev.

The 1963 Mercedes-Benz 230 SL, known as the “Pagoda”, set a new benchmark for luxury roadsters with its elegant design, advanced engineering, and everyday usability. Unlike its rivals, it introduced a removable concave hardtop, resembling a pagoda roof, which enhanced both style and structural rigidity. Powered by a 2.3L inline-six with Bosch fuel injection, it produced 150 horsepower, offering a smooth yet spirited driving experience. The 230 SL was the first sports car with a safety-focused rigid passenger cell and crumple zones, making it as innovative as it was beautiful. With its perfect blend of comfort, performance, and timeless design, the Pagoda became a legend, redefining what a grand touring roadster could be.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. These diecast
models are exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Interior detail is hand assembled and easily
visible. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used for a most
authentic replication.
