2019 Volkswagen Golf 7 Oettinger TCR 1:18
The 2019 Volkswagen Golf 7 Oettinger TCR Germany Street in Candy Red transforms the familiar Golf into a dramatic, road-legal machine inspired by touring-car racing. Developed by Oettinger in cooperation with Engstler Motorsport, the conversion widens the Golf by more than 80 mm and adds a motorsport-style front splitter, vented front fenders, aggressive side skirts, rear diffuser, and a large rear wing with racing flaps. Depending on the specification, Oettinger offered 360 hp in the front-wheel-drive version or up to 500 hp and 550 Nm with the Golf R-based all-wheel-drive version. The most extreme examples also featured 19-inch forged wheels, a three-way Clubsport coilover suspension, 380-mm front brakes, and a roll cage. With its numbered, limited-production character and unmistakable Candy Red finish, the TCR Germany Street stands apart as a genuine race-inspired Golf with full road legality rather than simply an appearance package.
