This is the Mclaren MP4/1C 1983 Monaco GP John Watson Raining Tyres Car #7 in 1:18 scale by Tecnomodel.

In the 1983 Monaco Grand Prix, John Watson piloted the McLaren MP4/1C, car #7, in challenging conditions that saw intermittent rain test the skill and strategy of every team. Known for his calm under pressure and late-race charges, Watson’s performance was hampered by difficult tyre choices as teams struggled to adapt to the slick street circuit's variable grip levels. The race was particularly notable for how sensitive car setups and tyre strategies were, given the narrow Monaco layout and sudden changes in weather. Though Watson didn’t score a standout result, the race highlighted how Monaco's unpredictable conditions and lack of overtaking opportunities often made tyre calls and timing just as critical as outright speed.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are
exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
